Equal weight per quiz percent. Remove dropped quizzes before averaging.
How it works
avg = Σ(quiz%) / n
- Type quiz percents separated by commas.
- Leave out the dropped quiz if your teacher drops one.
- Use the result as the Quizzes category score in a weighted layout.
Examples
10, 8, 9, 7 on 10-point quizzes → 100, 80, 90, 70
85% mean
drop the 70, keep 100, 80, 90
90% after drop
Drop before you average.
Gotchas
- Leaving a zero for a missing quiz is not the same as a drop policy.
- Some teachers weight the quiz category after dropping — average only the keepers.
