Email is the path. No contact form and no account. Write about broken math, unclear copy, or a privacy question — we read messages that include enough detail to reproduce.
Include the page URL and, for calculator issues, the inputs you used (current, weight, target, category rows) so we can rebuild the number.
Good reasons to write
- Wrong needed-final math, reachability flag, or what-if projection
- Weighted category normalize / remaining-row solve that disagrees with a hand check
- Semester preset or letter-band cutoff that misleads for a common syllabus
- Copy that sounds like we sync with Canvas or post official grades
- Broken link, layout issue, accessibility problem
- Privacy question about analytics or what stays in the browser
What we cannot help with
We cannot change a grade in your school's system, speak to your instructor, unlock a Canvas account, or tell you whether to drop a class. We also cannot give admissions or legal advice. For the posted grade, use the portal — for a planning-math bug, use this inbox.
Before you write
Formulas: methodology. What we store: privacy. Acceptable use: terms. Site story: about. Many “is this a bug?” questions are “Canvas counted ungraded work as zero — fix current first.”
Planning math only — not your official gradebook. Confirm weights, cutoffs, curves, and drops on your syllabus and with your instructor.
